How long will it take to get my order?
If your order is 'Supply Only', we aim to have your bollard delivered to your door within 72 hours. Often it takes less time.
For Installation, we'll be in touch to agree a convenient date.
Will I need to be in when the delivery arrives?
Normally your bollard(s) will arrive on a palate. For supply only our couriers will call you approximately 30 minutes before delivery; for the installation service our installers will call you the day before installation to confirm their arrival time. It is important that someone with authority is at your property to take delivery and/or meet our installers.
Installation
Is installation available?
Yes, we offer a full professional installation service. Simply select installation on the product page and at checkout.
How long will it take to install my bollard(s)?
If you've selected that you'd like your bollard(s) to be installed, following your order, we'll be in touch to arrange a suitable date for installation at your home or business. Typically we install within one working week after the order is made (sooner by arrangement).
Who will install my bollard(s)?
We use specialist bollard installers who have been professionally vetted and are affiliated with Driveway Bollards. They're experts at fitting the bollards and will leave your driveway or other space neat, clean and tidy after installation.
Returns
What if I'm not happy with my order?
This hardly ever happens, however if you're not 100% happy with your Driveway Bollards, we'll give you a replacement product or a full refund upon receipt of the unwanted product returned as new. Simply get in touch at info@drivewaybollards.co.uk.
Choosing your bollard(s)
The colour I want isn't on the website
Don't worry, the vast majority of our bollards can come in any powder coating colour. It's known as a RAL colour. We've simply listed our top sellers, however we can have your bollards made in whatever colour you want. Simply email us at info@drivewaybollards.co.uk and tell us the RAL colour you'd like (if not already listed). Take a look at www.ralcolorchart.com for inspiration on the colours available.
I'm interested in buying in bulk, is there a discount?
Yes, we offer a discount of 5% off your order for 5 bollards or more. This cost is taken off within the basket and checkout. If you would like to discuss a bigger order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
